Position Challenge:
Creative pipeline exceeded the maximum resources that could be dedicated to it. There was a need for someone with both technical knowledge and a web-design background.
Solution Applied:
My background in web-design coupled with experience using variety of web technologies allowed for me to design more effectively for the web, therefore speeding the process from concept to implementation.

Results
Less hours spent on design revisions meant more bandwidth available for implementation. This helped to facilitate and maintain a larger project pipeline increasing the overall revenue that could be reported monthly by 50%: an increase of over $200,000 annually.
Georgia Institute of Technology 2005-06
Position Challenge:
Provide support for Mac based graphical and video editing software for the Multimedia Studio, while simultaneously figuring ways to increase the visibility of the valuable resources the lab environment had to offer.
Solution Applied:
As a Multimedia Specialist I spearheaded a campaign to advertise the offered “services” throughout the school. Utilizing the studio’s software and equipment, media was created for distribution through email, web, print, and video bringing attention to the Multimedia Studio’s resources.

- Final Cut Pro, digital video editing, and DVD production
- Adobe Suite, Macromedia Suite
Results
- I developed an advanced level of knowledge, giving me the opportunity to supervise formal training sessions.
- Lab attendance increased therefore increasing the funding allocated for key software and equipment updates.
Qualitek-VIB 2004-05
Position Challenge:
Implement a strategy for setting Qualitek’s corrugated plant Production Control System (PCS) software apart from competition the at the SuperCorr Expo 2005.
Solution Applied:
Designed and developed a graphically based web-training program to simulate Qualitek’s PCS software. The training program featured video and quiz modes facilitating the learning of Qualitek’s software.

- Camtasia Studio, Macromedia Flash MX, ASP.NET
Results
Its debut at the SuperCorr Expo grabbed the attention of potential clients increasing Qualitek’s client base significantly in the following months.
CAMP Inc 2004
Position Challenge:
Supervise and facilitate the launch of visually appealing yet easy to use website for the non-profit agency Community Alliance of Metropolitan Parkway (CAMP).
Solution Applied:
A front-end graphically appealing Flash interface was created while allowing the back-end content (consisting of text files) to be updated with ease, without disturbing the layout.
Skills Applied:
- Macromedia Flash MX, HTML, PHP
Results
The website became a medium that helped the organization to communicate more effectively with their target audience.
